Embed Code for All Events 23’ Summer Ranger Power Monday-Thursday June 12th-August 3rd, 2023 Non-contact week: (July 3rd-July 7th) Where: FLHS Secondary Field & Weight Room Sessions : Group 1- 7:00am warm up on field (Grades 10-12) Group 2- 8:00am warm up on field (Grades 10-12) Group 3- 9:00am warm up on field (Grade 9) Group 4- 10:00am warm up on field (Grades 10-12 Female Athletes) Group 5- 11:00am warm up on field (Grades 7-8) Sessions will run for approximately one hour. Philosophy Our philosophy for Ranger Power is to serve our athletes in preparing them for their upcoming season through injury prevention, strength, conditioning, & speed development. These physicals are good for 3 years, but must be valid through the entire season (through the state meet) in order to be cleared. Most kids get a sports physical before 7th and 10th grades. Please see the tab "Registration & Forms" above if you need to print a form for your doctor, otherwise they may have their own clearance form for you and that works for us as well. During the summer is the best time to get your physical so it does not interfere with any particular season. Smart School K-12 will NOT allow you to sign up if you are in need of a current physical. Please turn in your sports physical clearance sheet to the school your child will be attending before 3:00pm. They will enter your physical and clear you to sign up for your sport/activity.
